These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Raise or Fold mobile application (the "App"), operated by Raise or Fold ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Raise or Fold is an educational poker-strategy trainer. It uses play-money puzzles and practice hands to help you learn game theory optimal (GTO) concepts. The App does not offer real-money gambling, and no real money can be won or wagered.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.
The App offers a free tier with usage limits (for example, a daily puzzle limit and a periodic hand-analysis limit). We may offer paid plans in the future; when we do, applicable pricing, billing, and refund terms will be presented at purchase and incorporated into these Terms. We may change plan features and limits over time.

The App, its content, and its branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the hand histories and content you submit; you grant us the licence needed to process that content to provide the analysis features.
Hand-analysis feedback is generated by an AI model and is provided for educational purposes only. It may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not professional, financial, or gambling advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that feedback will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the App and its users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located in Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
