You can permanently delete your Raise or Fold account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways, depending on whether you still have the app installed.
Your account and data are removed immediately.
Email us from the email address associated with your account and we'll delete it for you:
Email support@rofpoker.comUse the subject "Delete my account." We verify the request comes from your account's email address and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).
Your account and all personal data and gameplay history — profile (email, username, country), rating, stats, streaks, puzzle progress, achievements, and any hand analyses you saved.
To prevent abuse (repeatedly deleting and recreating accounts to reset free-tier limits), we retain a one-way hashed form of your email address — not the email itself — for 30 days, solely to enforce a re-registration cooldown. It cannot be reversed to your email and is discarded after the cooldown. See our Privacy Policy for details.
